DC Universe gains 120,000 new users

So at the beginning of November, Sony Online Entertainment made a brash decision to turn one of their only MMO's, DC Universe into a free-to-play (or F2P deal), which a lot of MMORPG's are doing lately and it has paid off, as the game has picked up a hundred and twenty thousand new registrations for PC. 

 

According to John Smedley,  this is 4 times as many consistent users they usually have. The increase in players (and revenue) has prompted SOE to plan a huge TV and online ad campaign which should be out by the end of the month. 

 

With a lot more games going Free-To-Play, such as Team Fortress 2 and Battlefield Heroes, what game would you like to see go F2P?

Yeah 120k newbies, 120k times the lag and 120k+ complaints. They keep saying the servers are up and running but the game is messed up.

yeh its asks u to free 21 gb to install 14 gb it took more then 3 hours when u get on the 60% the download brandwish slows down really bad, then it takes forever to enter on the server,i waited 30 min to enter on a server and gave up to try to play this thing, deleted it...
