EVE OnlineIn a not so distant past, in a land far, far away, CCP employees started jumping for joy. In this story, there's no fairy godmother to help them out though, but there were 30, 538 players present in the Tranquility server to make their thirty-thousand-user-mark-dream come true. And yeah, this story also has a "happily ever after" ending.

For those who are not in the know, CCP is the publisher of Eve Online, a popular MMO (also known for its stunning graphics) set in a mythical future where humans have been cut away from earth. The said game has also grown somewhat controversial due to a massive scam involving a player who posed as a bank owner and ran off with all the virtual bank's money. Talk about taking role-playing to the next level!

But that's all in the past now. It seems that a bright future awaits CCP with their goal finally being reached. We wonder though, what surprises lie ahead for both CCP and Eve Online players.
