Auran dispels rumors about demise of MMORPG Fury |
Ó
Sometimes, someone has to set the record straight when bits of half truths start scattering like wildfire. That's exactly what Fury Community Manager Alex Weekes did regarding rumors of Auran's and Fury's impending doom that have been circulating around the internet lately.Quoting Auran CEO Tony Hilliam, Mr. Weekes admitted that the original sixty-man Fury development team has undergone retrenchment, leaving a core agile software development team instead. Nevertheless, the remaining Fury team members still see the potential of the game and they'll be working toward developing that potential more in the future.
With regards to the Age of the Chosen update for Fury, Mr. Weekes has reassured players that the release of the free update will proceed as planned on December 14. Furthermore, Fury may expect another major announcement next week regarding additional changes that Auran plans to introduce into the game.
