Atlantica Online switching servers to Nexon soon |

Atlantica Online is making the move to Nexon's servers two weeks from now. The publisher has announced that it will be publishing and servicing the turn-based MMORPG in North America starting March 22 in place of the game's developer, Ndoors.
"Atlantica Online's full transition into the Nexon family is another way that Nexon is providing players with a wide variety of engaging, quality games,” said Daniel Kim, CEO of Nexon America. "Not only does Atlantica Online add to Nexon's growing list of online games, the Nexon community will benefit as a whole from the influx of new players who will become part of the larger Nexon player community."
The game's lead designer, Tae Gon Kim, added that "the resources that Nexon provides to its creative teams will allow Atlantica Online to reach new heights of gameplay excellence."
Nexon states that the migration will lead to numerous gameplay improvements, increased server efficiency and pave the way for new content for North American players. Once the migration is finalized in March, players have the Three Kingdoms content update to look forward to. The update is currently scheduled to be released on April 5.
The switch will also lead to changes outside of gameplay. The service migration will also result in the adoption of NX Cash as the currency for purchasing in-game items and add-ons via the Item Mall, as well as support for Atlantica Online on Nexon's web properties. It will also provide players with uniform access to Nexon's catalogue of online games and introduce a new way for players to interact with other fans and provide feedback to the Atlantica Online team.
To ensure the transition is a smooth process for all players, the migration process will have a discretionary period beginning soon lasting through the second half of April.
