Age of Conan forums open crafting survey feedback to players |
Ó
Despite the fact that Funcom's Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures has been pushed back a couple of months once again, the developers are probably just working hard in tweaking the system in order to deliver to gamers a worthwhile MMO gaming experience.
In the latest update for the game, Community Manager Pharamond has posted a new survey on the official forums, asking players for feedback on how the crafting system for the game will be implemented. Currently, the crafting system involves characters being able to create new items just about anywhere. Although, a player city for higher-end gear will be required at some point.
Pharamond mentions that the developers don't want to spend too much time revamping the system since it would mean even more delays for the MMO title. An alternative system was proposed in the survey where Tier 1 items can still be crafted anywhere, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 items will definitely require you to go to a player city to craft them.
He also explained that while other plausible items which can be crafted in the wild can also be created, items such as weapons and armor will require a forge found in active player cities.
