Allan "Orion" Maki has posted his developer diary entry entitled "Friends don't let friends tank Balrogs". For those of you unfamiliar with developer diaries, it gives the chance for the end users to get to know the development staff. Through a quick background of the author and their part in the making of Lord of the Rings online, you will get a sense of what it is like on the development side of Turbine's MMO. Allan takes this opportunity to answer many questions about the game, including soloing, solo quests, raids, loot, instances and much much more. A must read for all those fans out there! Read the full entry at the link below.

"So you want to know something about The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar. Excellent! If only I could deliver all of the juicy information which you seek! How wondrous would the outpouring of gratitude be, and how greater still the rancor that followed, as shortcomings and disagreements were debated until the coming of the Last Battle!

(Translation: before I was a developer, I was an MMO fan first, then an Online Community Rep. Be nice to Patience!)"
