It's been three months since Steve Jobs announced that he will be taking time off till June because of health issues. Since the father of iPod got off his feet to focus on his health, COO Tim Cook took over to see over the day-to-day operations of the company. However, it seems that Jobs just can't keep himself from being on the job. A report from the Wall Street Journal has revealed that Jobs does remain "closely involved" in the key aspects of running the company.
Despite being on leave, Steve Jobs still keeps himself busy going over important company strategies and product plans from his home. He was particularly involved in the behind-the-scenes of the user interface of the iPhone OS unveiled last month.
Jobs was treated in 2004 for a rare form of pancreatic cancer. Many speculations have ran around on the real state of his health, but Apple spokesman Steve Dowling does reassure that "Steve continues to look forward to returning to Apple at the end of June."
