iTunes Store gets changes: new prices, iTunes Plus Library explands, 3G downloading |

Several changes have been made to the iTunes Store you'll want to hear.The biggest one is that by April, they'll be offering songs at three price points, 69 cents, 99 cents, and US$ 1.29 - though most albums will still be priced at US$ 9.99.
Another change is that Apple will be offering eight of the 10 million songs in their library to the iTunes Plus format. That is, it'll be DRM-free, and at 256 kbps. the other two million will be available by March.
You can upgrade tracks you already purchased to the iTunes Plus format for a 30 cent fee per song, or 30% of the album price.
Lastly, the iPhone will now be able to download songs via 3G, instead of relying on WiFi. This service is already effective.
