Upstart developer Tome Studios has finally revealed the release window of their latest iOS offering, Danger Alliance: Battles, a whacky tactical turn-based title with a visually stunning 3D battlefield and quirky characters.

The goal of the game? "Use your brain and their unique skills to humiliate your friends on the battlefield (using hot-seat style multiplayer), or take on the binary power of your advanced computing device and pummel it, in-game, with your baseball bat or monkey wrench," notes the devs in the press release.

Slated too arrive in the Apple App Store on October 12th, Danger Alliance: Battles will feature two game-modes based on skirmish style of play, including "Strategic Victory" and "Elimination". Oh, and by the way, its free. "We’re giving the game away for free with two battlefields to play on in the "Lite" version, and if you'd like to help us out; paid users will get even more gorgeous, highly tactical battlefields and additional characters to continue the action," notes the devs.
