Astraware releases free Sudoku of the Day application for iOS and Android |

Astraware announced today a brand new app for iOS and Android, titled Sudoku of the Day.
Sudoku of the Day will offer one free Sudoku challenge each day for players to complete, making it an essential app for Sudoku fans.
"Each day players can get 6 puzzles for free, 1 at each difficulty level, then complete the puzzles and submit their times to try and top the global leaderboards. The game shows how their time compares to other players worldwide. Players can also share their best times with their friends via Facebook Connect. A new set of puzzles is added to the game every day. The Sudoku Of The Day free app is supported by advertising. It includes a range of in-app purchase options including a quick pack of extra 50 puzzles to play offline, the option to remove advertising altogether, and the ability to unlock all the other features found in Astraware Sudoku, like the puzzle generator, entering your own puzzles, and much more!"
Sudoku of the Day for iOS is available for iPhone and iPod touch and includes optimized graphics for Retina display devices. A separate version optimized for iPad, is also available. The game requires a minimum of iOS 4.0. For Android it is compatible with devices running Android OS 2.0 and later, and with 320x480, 480x800, 480x854, and 600x1024 screen resolutions.
