Apple released a press wire yesterday proudly proclaiming that they have already sold over one million iPhone 3GS models only three days after its launch. Apart from that, six million customers have been said to have downloaded the new iPhone 3.0 software only five days since its official release.CEO Steve Jobs said, "Customers are voting and the iPhone is winning. With over 50,000 applications available from Apple's revolutionary App Store, iPhone momentum is growing stronger than ever."
The 3GS model is said to the be fastest, most powerful iPhone yet, packed with improved speed and performance (recorded to be twice as fast as 3G), longer battery life, 3megapixel autofocus camera, hands free voice control and easy to use video recording.
Other features include Cut, Copy and Paste, MMS, Spotlight, Search, landscape keyboard and more. The iPhone 3GS comes in two models, 16GB (priced at US$ 199) and 32GB (US$ 299).
** Off topic, but it's sure nice to hear from Steve Jobs after his half-year sick leave.

Companies buy in bulk for there workers we do it too so no suprise to me most of ours request there apple to be replaced with the new ones
Your company has become a puppet of Apple. All those idiots that bought a new Iphone months ago and then replaced it with the new one just got clawed by Apple once again. Don't you realize that they are capable of adding all features to the phone and they just wont do it to actually wait and release the new version and get you to buy that one too? This is what many companies do but Apple has gone too extreme with their Iphone. However, their marketing is working for those people that think like kids with new toys. "Josh toy truck is red and mine is black, I want a red one" so you go ahead and buy your kid a red one of the same. Ask the user why they want the new one, look at the responds and you will find a nothing crucial that renders the upgrade necessary. Find the need for an upgrade and then think ahead when they release the new Iphone - unless it has a teleport feature then you should definitely upgrade.
32gb capacity is enough of a reason alone for me to buy it. my 16gb seems so small.
That and the compass. It may not seem like much but when you use the GPS alot, having an autorotation will be nice.
ppl who had the 3G and got this are stupid as *****
