For those of you who haven't checked it out yet, Jay Freeman's Cydia Store is now up and running. If you're looking for unauthorized apps and homebrew for your jailbroken iPhone, this is your one-stop shop. To make the shopping experience less traumatic and much more convenient, they've provided a short run-through for us below.

One of the things you'll notice that the title and description of some apps are colored blue instead of black like the rest. This means that the app is a Cydia Store app. You're gonna need an Amazon account to be able to make purchases. To make it all easier, they've provided the slideshow of the step-by-step process below.

» Yeah I'm surprised about the Amazon account thing too

I wouldn't have thought Amazon would l align themselves with Cydia. Amazon is pretty mainstream where as Cydia is fringe at best!
