iPhone homebrew developer Jonathan A Zdziarski (a.k.a. Jonz) has released a new NES.app binary for iPhones running firmware 2.x.

NES.app is an emulator that lets you play old NES on your Apple iPhone. It sports a multitouch feature, fullscreen support, save states, and support for Game Genie cheat codes, among other thing.

Make sure to read the documentation included in the download below before installing NES.app on your iPhone. Here are the changes included in NES.app version 2.3.4:

• Made aesthetic user interface enhancements
• Button bar animation on "Settings"
• Removed "Settings" button fro all views except "All Games"
• Fixed settings page control sizes and layout
• Removed swipe on saved games (use delete option in sheet)
• Added Default.png
