Homebrew developer MJ is back with a new version of iHome, the virtual Home button for iPhone and iPod Touch. If you missed the article on iHome's earlier version, this app adds a swipe bar to the very bottom of your iPhone or iPod Touch's screen that essentially works as a Home button. Very useful for those who have problems with the standard Home button. Here's a video so you have a better idea of how it works:

You can now download iHome v0.3 through Cydia or by clicking on the Via link. In this release, MJ added the following changes:
  • Complete exit procedures (such as: mail, safari)
  • Backgrounder call running in the background process (to install Backgrounder)
  • Daemon Express switch, exit
  • Increase the parameter setting (trigger position selection, sliding function selection)
  • Internationalization support (currently only supports English and English)
  • Article trigger slide switch position (upward or downward sliding 2 / 3 screen distance).
  • Respring and screen lock.
  • Lock status under the screen (the screen does not turn off) to unlock and open a custom app (drag through the Task Manager icon in the end client interface settings).
