For non-stop gaming: solar charger for iPhone

It's cool that the iPhone can be your gaming handheld, phone, organizer, whatever all in one. What's not cool about it is when you drain the battery with too much gaming, you basically lose all those features once the screen goes blank. For that, MotionTouch announced their solar charger, so you can keep on gaming without having to worry about missing important phone calls.

This solar charger, named Powcell, will recharge your iPhone by getting power not only from the sun, but also from any available ambient lighting. The rear of the sleeve is covered with a solar panel, which then charges the sleeve's internal battery even when it's not connected to an iPhone. This sleeve also does not interfere with any of the iPhone's features, so you could make phone calls and take pictures even while it's charging.

Interesting.

I'm really interested in these iPhone battery supplement packs, but they're just too big and bulky. Part of the appeal to the iPhone is its form factor. Too many cases ruin that. I know it has a battery in it, but is it necessary to make it so big on the bottom.
