id Software's John Carmack isn't the only one openly asking for consumer feedback for iPhone games. On their community blog, Sega's asking for fresh, new ideas to make an iPhone-iPod Touch game. Feel like tilting Sonic all over those loops? Let the devs hear your thoughts.

"The community team has been invited into a brainstorming session for iPhone & iPod Touch game ideas this Wednesday and we want to grab some from everyone in the Sega community!" said the blog post. "Any idea is welcome, no matter how out there or random, weÂ’ll take it and add it the list for the presentation." The ideas, however, have restrictions: "...it has to be a Sega game, meaning no other publisherÂ’s titles, even if they did appear on our old systems."

They won't be accepting original game ideas as well, just in case you have a full-blown game in mind. They're not looking to acquire new titles.

If you've got a few things in mind, it'll be easy to let them know about it - tell them via Twitter, Facebook, or through their forums.

» I have a suggestion..

Stop making crappy Sonic games, reenter the console gaming market!! I miss Dreamcast and Genesis..

Although honestly, I miss my Jaguar 64 the most.

Lol I think thats a Sega title. I wouldn't mind seeing gameplay like Doom Resurrection. Of course I wouldn't be willing to pay more than 3 or 4 dollars for it. I wouldn't recommend any Genesis games for the App Store because you can just jailbreak your phone and use an emulator.
