I love that "mad genius on drugs" vibe Keita Takahashi always gives off in interviews. Oh, and his honesty too. When asked about the iPhone version of Noby Noby Boy, he was pretty quick to answer that it's just "bait" for an increased PS3 development budget for the game's console version.

Well, it seems he's at least 60% closer to finding out if his gamble pays off. According to Impress Watch, Boy's iPhone adventure is now 60% complete and has passed internal inspection at Namco Bandai. Perhaps we'll see more of it at the Tokyo Game Show.

Takahashi also sent out this image showing off the game. Yeah, I don't know what's going on there.

» Well

Gears of War is crap too, but hey.. that's just my opinion. I don't know why anyone would want to spend 60 bucks on a game just to play it online.. I'm more of a heavy singleplayer campaignist myself. Oh, wait.. Everyone has a different taste!
