Free games are always welcome, so if you're currently looking for one you might wnt to check out the App Store, Android Market, or the Ovi Store. Mobile games publisher Infinite Dreams is slashing the price of Sky Force down to nothing for a limited time.

Sky Force from Infinite Dreams is an arcade shooter with outstanding graphics including 3D interactive objects and special effects all bound together by a soundtrack and classic gameplay. The game features "amazingly pixeled levels, tons of enemies to shoot and good old Earth to save!"

The game is based on hybrid 2D/3D graphics ideally suited for the mobile segment, with 2D backgrounds mixed with fully textured 3D objects. The game includes eight stages, each of which ends with a big boss fight.

Sky Force will be free for 48 hours from July 12 until July 14 on App Store, Android Market and Ovi Store as Infinite Dreams' celebration for reaching 5,000 Facebook fans on their fan page. You can find more mobile gaming news on our iPhone blog.
