Metal Gear Solid series mastermind Hideo Kojima is a self-confessed hardcore Mac fan. Just look at all the product placement in Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. After taking his love of Macs forward by making Metal Gear Solid Touch for the iPhone and iPod Touch, Kojima is now taking it one step further.

The Japanese Apple website has announced that Kojima himself will be heading one of their "Dream Classroom" workshops, a series of lectures from prominent Japanese Mac users. The lecture will happen at the Ginza Apple Store in Tokyo on April 26.

The website didn't post any detailed info on what Kojima will be teaching in his stint as a Dream Class lecturer, but if by any chance you find yourself in Tokyo in a couple of days, pop in and listen to the master talk. As the Google translation of his description on the Apple page says, "He is METAL GEAR series," after all.

Kojima reminds me of Shinji Mikami when he was bending over for Nintendo. Seriously since he's all Apple this days he should quit Konami and work as Steve Job's lapdog.
