Naturally, Myst will make use of touch screen as the interface, as seen on the frequent appearance of a big black finger on the video. Since the gameplay would revolve mostly on exploration, you'd literally have to do a lot of poking around - poking interesting objects, poking on little corners and such.
Like the heavy mist on the creepy island, Myst is a rather heavy 727MB because of all the art, video, and sound effects in the game. Myst is currently available at the App Store for US$ 5.99.
