Atari brings Missile Command and Super Breakout to iPhone and iPod Touch |
Ó
Atari begins its path to becoming "just an online company" by releasing two of its classic games to the iPhone and iPod Touch: Missile Command and Super Breakout.
Both games have been visually revamped, and will be retailing for US$ 4.99. They include 2-player support, and the ability to listen to the music stored in their units while playing the game. Of course, the game has been updated to be played with the touch screen.
Atari will be adding new games to their roster in the near future. It looks like they're pretty serious about becoming an online company. If that's the case, I'd like to see Battlezone and Tempest get released with updated graphics as well.
