No Tie Software has announced the release and immediate availability of SkinCam 1.0 for iPhone devices. The built-in camera app is okay, but hardly entertaining. It's time someone did something about it, and No Tie Software has stepped up to the plate! SkinCam is a fun way to take photos using an iPhone. Instead of a plain "preview", users are treated to an assortment of "skins" such as a Digital Camera, Coin-Op machine, 3D glasses, hands "framing the shot", peepholes, nightvision, rifle scope, telescope, binoculars, and many more! SkinCam is more than just an entertaining app. Unlike the built-in camera app, users can touch anywhere in the Preview area to take the picture, making it easier to take shots, especially self portraits. More "Skins" are being added all the time, and users are encouraged to submit requests to No Tie Software.
There are NO In-App purchases. As skins are added, they will be included at no extra charge. And don't worry. The photos taken by SkinCam are unretouched and do not have the "Skins" applied to them. SkinCam is just a fun way to take quality pictures, for kids and adults alike.
