AppVision has announced that Neon Wallpaper Creator 3.0 has been released, with optimization for the iPhone 4 Retina Display (producing stunning 640*960 images on the iPhone 4, and regular 320*480 images on other devices), APNS notifications of image updates, and other tweaks. The application has now created and served out over 12.5 MILLION individual customized images for iPhones and iPod touches the world over - a very big 'thank-you' to the people who've bought the application to date, created the millions of images, and made the application a continuing success.

There are literally hundreds of thousands of combinations to choose from in order to customize the device. Neon also allows the emailing of the customized image straight from the application out to any contact/email address.
