The main issue we are noticing with 2.2 is the absolute TOTAL loss of signal, randomly, without warning. This unacceptable flaw in the software occurs without notice, and even switching to Airplane mode and back again will not resolve this issue.
My 3G iPhone running 2.1 sitting next to a 3G iPhone running 2.2 really highlights the problem. Without any reason, the signal drops to 'NO SERVICE'. The only sure fire way to get signal back it so turn the iPhone OFF AND ON again, however as any iPhone user knows, this can take up to 1minute, so we're hoping Apple fix this flaw VERY VERY SOON.
