Ocarina for the iPhone: because digital's better than the real thing?

A new iPhone "instrument" program called Ocarina is out, hailing itself as the device's "first true musical instrument." Unlike other "instruments" that make you tap or shake the iPhone for music, this one has you blowing on it like you would a real Ocarina. It also calls a horse to your side and allows you to travel through time.

It's an interesting concept, but if they went through the trouble of making a program that requires you to blow on it to make music, it just makes me wonder why they don't just get a real instrument. Still, it's a novel - albeit kooky - idea. The program comes with presets, including Zelda's greatest hits. Here are some vids of it in action:
