You can place up to 6 apps in the iPad dock. Use this space wisely, because it makes the use of the iPad so much easier and more efficient. Click and hold an app and then drag it into the desired position in the dock. To remove an app from the dock, click and hold again and drag the app away from the dock. Swoosh! Gone.
3. Get the Kindle Reader
If you have already purchased E-books at Amazon you should get the Kindle Reader for you iPad as soon as possible. All E-books bought on Amazon are then immediately readable on your iPad. If you haven't bought Amazon E-books yet, you should get started right away. Many E-books on Amazon are available for a lower prize than from Apple directly.
