iPad News: Sam's Club Selling iPads, iPhones

The list of retailers selling iPads just keeps growing. At an investor meeting Wednesday, warehouse chain Sam’s Club revealed that their stores will be stocking iPads and iPhones in the near future. This isn’t really surprising, since the members-only Sam’s Club is owned by Walmart, which will have the iPad for sale starting this Friday. Since AT&T is still the only officially sanctioned carrier for service of Apple products, I’m guessing Sam’s Club customers who want to get connected will have to sign up with them. I know Sam’s is a huge holiday shopping destination, so their stores should be moving significant numbers of iPads and iPhones during the upcoming holiday shopping season.
