Dashboard on the iPad. Now things are getting interesting...

That's right, your looking at dashboard running natively on the iPad.  Not some hacked up homebrew either, you can add new widgets straight from Apple's OSX widget section. "Inspired by Apple's Dashboard application for Mac, Dashboard has been completely rewritten for iPad. It brings the ability of running multiple mini-apps, widgets, to all iPad users." Reads the Cydia description. Things are still far from perfect, many of the widgets simply will not load, and they run on top of a plain black background rather than fading in on top of your current screen ala OSX. Still insanely cool to see dashboard running on the iPad, certainly excited to see how this thing progresses in the near future. Head on over to Cydia and search for "dashboard" now...
