From the creators of Tower Madness, the great guys at TouchPlay have a lot of zombie killing fun in Zombie Gunship.
The game sets you high above the zombie attack, far far away and in waiting. The gameplay is fairly straight forward:
Kill Zombies
Save Civilians
But in a Call of Duty airship style. The classic black and white scenario ranges from being incredibly tense at times when trying to save humans. Whilst there is no actual problem for the humans turning and waiting to blow up large groups of zombies, it's a nice little bonus. The game is fairly diverse with missions and scenarios and for a game on the iOS, it's fun and engaging as well as well made with voice-overs and genuine moments of worry, whilst playing.
Limbic Software have been hoping to make something zombie related for quite some time and I wish them the best of luck with their new game Nuts! A game about a squirrel...I'm sure you can work it out from there.
The game is currently available for iPad and iPhone and topped the top 10 last month.

QJ is late on the news.
the v1.1 update makes the game a universal app which will make it playable on iPad and iTouch/iPhone without buying seperate versions.
