What you have to do is basically construct a structure using goo as the construction material so that it reaches the top of the screen to a suction pipe. It may sound easy, but it’s not. With advancing levels you need to really get you head working and start thinking out of the box.
This game doubles up as increasing your creative solving abilities as well as simultaneously making it fun in the process. In fact, you will feel a sense of accomplishment once you complete the structure.
7) Spirits.
Developed by Spaces of Play, this is a new take on an older game Lemmings and it definitely makes everything more fun with old classic game play, excellent graphics and creative designs.
The main aim of the game to take spirit like characters toward and exit portal using the special abilities they possess. The game’s 40 well designed levels are to be completed using abilities such as digging through the ground, making a staircase or even with a gush of wind.
This is another of those games in which game play and graphics are much better than the iPhone/iPod touch counterparts.
8) Scrabble.
The classic board game has been transformed by EA Mobile into a beautiful iPad game.
Unique features about this game are local multiplayer functionality, ability to integrate with Facebook and most importantly cross compatibility with iPhone and iPod touch users.
You can perform all actions on the iPad which you could do with the actual physical version of the game such as manage your tiles, lay out words on the board or even look up words in a dictionary in built into the game. Scrabble may be a classic board game but the iPad definitely give it a modern twist.
9) Small Wonder.
Developed by Days of Wonder, this is a conversion of the strategy board game which is brilliant on the iPad due to stunning graphics and detailed game play.
Even though mastering the ins and outs of the game may take some time, you can easily spend a whole afternoon sitting and battling through civilisations.
Playing against the computer is standard but multiplayer gaming against other humans is what can be very exciting and challenging.
10) Dominion HD.
To start off, this game developed by Dot Matrix/Chillingo is better than EA Mobiles Risk, which itself was an amazing game. That says a lot.
Having multiplayer online functionality is what sets this game apart from its competitors. Apart from this the huge variety of maps, excellent graphics and simple game play is what makes Dominion HD a treat to play.
This is definitely one of the best, if not the best strategy board game available for the iPad.
All 10 games done, it’s now time to get on your iPad (if you aren’t already on it) and download game titles which have caught your eye. Happy Gaming!| 25% of voters think this story ROCKS! |
