However, if you are someone who needs to keep the presentations you are working on to be synced to your iPad, there is a different method which will be explained in this article. This method can be divided into two steps. The first step will show you to share your PPt’s to your iPad using iTunes. The second step will show you how to open the presentations which have been stored in your iPad. Step1: 1)      Your iPad must be connected to your computer before starting. 2)      In iTunes under devices, click on iPad. 3)      Information about your iPad will show up on iTunes. Then click on the Apps icon. 4)      You will be given a list of options. Scroll down and select File Sharing. 5)      You will find the option of Keynote under File sharing, click it. 6)      Keynote Documents will show up. You then need to click on the Add section. 7)      You can then locate and select the presentations you want to transfer to your iPad. You can also select multiple documents at the same time. 8)      After you have added all the documents you need, click on the Sync button to get your presentations transferred to your iPad. Step 2: You may be surprised when you notice that even though you had synced your PowerPoint presentations you cannot find them on your iPad. Don’t worry as the steps mentioned below will help you find them and open them.

1)      In iTunes, tap on the Copy icon and then Copy. 2)      You can then select the presentations you would like to edit in Keynote. Here, you can only select one document at a time. 3)      Your presentations will then get imported to your iPad. 4)      Once you import them there may be some dialogs boxes which come up saying that several features such as fonts, features etc may not be supported through Keynote. You need to simply click on done to make them go away. 5)      That’s it! You are good to go and ready to start editing or presenting the presentations you have stored on your iPad. Check back soon as we will bring you more tips and tricks that will help you make the most of your iPad.
