I love Converse All-Stars, and can’t get enough. I already have them in at least a dozen colors, including tie-dye, but can’t resist looking at the new styles when I get an e-mail from Zappos. Now those of us who adore shopping for shoes have a great place to do it, right from the iPad. The new Zappos app lets you shop, search and buy using those iPad interactive features in portrait of landscape mode. Regular customers can access their account information and be reminded of just how much money you’ve spent on shoes and accessories at Zappos. Along for the ride is the beloved Zappos search kitteh, and a shake of the iPad unleashes a deluge of kittens. Shoes and kittens, plus the stellar Zappos service—what more could you want? The app is free at the App Store, but the money you spend on shoes is your problem.
