Bioware's upcoming action role-playing game, Mass Effect 2 is going to be huge. Homebrew coder Royale is back to release a new version of PSP-Maps, a homebrew app that allows you to view Google Maps on your PlayStation Portable. The latest  update has added some new features and minor changes.

Another M-Rated game is coming over to the Wii. FPS title SABRE Team aims to fill in that modern FPS void on the Wii, taking players "behind enemy lines in a number of Middle Eastern-style locations" and letting them "navigate tight alleyways and corridors, secure buildings, and kill enemy forces."

 

 

 

Homebrew coder Leathl has released a new version of TransmitMii, a homebrew tool that allows you to transmit DOL, WAD or ELF files to your Nintendo Wii easily. The latest release is a bug fix release.

A job listing showed up recently on the Internet, and with it came the rumor that Washington-based dev, Monolith Productions, is setting out to create a new Condemned game. They're apparently looking for a Senior Artist-Animator, specifically for "first person action games".

 

 

 

The video game adaptation of the classic The Divine Comedy, Dante's Inferno, has been making noise even before it was officially announced. Now that it's just about well on it's way out, one cannot help but wonder if Electronic Arts would care to prep for a sequel. Executive Producer Jonathan Knight addresses that issue and admits that it all depends on the success of the game. But if it does turn out that people clamor for a sequel, how would they go about making it when the story from which the game is based on does not have a sequel?
