Japan might be going a little FF crazy right now, but let's not forget that the next installment is also in the works. Square Enix has just updated the Final Fantasy XIV official site with three shiny new screens for the new online game - feast yer eyes mateys.

The last time we checked, Waldo was headed for the Wii, DS, and PC. Lookie here, Waldo has found himself in another spot, and by no means is he hiding this time - he's right on top of the App Store downloads chart.

While I'm writing and you guys are reading, the Japanese are tucked comfortably in their gaming dens right now, playing Final Fantasy XIII. You're not gonna see FF fans out in streets in Japan tonight...or this weekend. According to Square Enix, over a million copies of the game were sold during its first 24 hours.

More Quantum Theory details are coming out shortly after its surprising announcement that it will no longer be a PS3 exclusive. Today, the game is making the Xbox 360 and the PS3 platforms share yet another item: the release date.

Hip-Hop is coming back to games in a brand new pimpin' ride, Def Jam Rapstar. From 4mm Games, Def Jam Rapstar is set to "provide the ultimate emcee video game experience, and captures the essence of what Hip-Hop is all about: the Musc, the Flow, the Battles, and of course... the Swagger."

The multi award-winning sequel from Naughty Dog, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, is not quieting down this holiday. Adventure apparently does not recognize holiday breaks, as the team is sending out a new DLC this Christmas.

And here we have the Achievements list for BioShock 2. There's 50 of them in all, bringing the gamerscore to a total of 1000. Nothing all too revealing about the list, but we're sure you'll pick up on some spoilers along the way. See it after the jump.

The classification review meeting for Sega's appeal on Aliens vs. Predator was set for today, but it was not the only that caught the attention of fans. Over at the Australian PlayStation Store, Sega is still apparently pumping its fist high into the air and geared for a fight, by releasing a new trailer for the game.
