No wonder Rock Band Unplugged DLC has been conspicuously absent from Harmonix's past two weekly Rock Band DLC releases. Harmonix has apparently decided to pull the plug on the service.

Square Enix has been frustratingly quiet regarding their plans for localizing Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep, but fortunately we've finally heard some news about the game's English version thanks to a rather unexpected source: pop star Jesse McCartney.

Andy Murray is currently Britain's #1 tennis player, currently ranked #4 in the world based on the ATP rankings. But even tennis stars have other games in their lives. For Andy Murray, there's his PS3, and he enjoys a good round of gaming just like we do. By good, I mean seven-hour sessions whenever he could. According to The Telegraph, these gaming sessions eventually led his girlfriend, Kim Sears, to break up with him.

The Black Friday mad rush definitely gave those sales a big leg up for the holidays and those new releases didn't get much air time on the shelves - they were too busy getting sold. As for the aftermath, the caliber of this batch has toned down quite a lot. Time to give that poor wallet a break. But if you're still up to it, have a go at these new goodies.

Croteam and Devolver Digital has announced that the next installment of the Serious Sam franchise is already in development and is scheduled to release on 2010.

With Sony's and Microsoft's Thanksgiving numbers already revealed, now is the time for the big N. According to numbers gathered by Nintendo, the Wii and the DS sold more than 1.5 million units during holiday break.

This year's Thanksgiving weekend was the biggest sales week of the year for the Xbox 360, that's according to Director of Product Management for Xbox 360 and Xbox Live, Aaron Greenberg.

Sony has revealed that the Playstation 3 has sold more than 440,000 units during the Thankgiving week with the PSP also seeing a significant sales increase. More after the break.
