Unfortunately, those eagerly awaiting the release of Rage from id Software will be disappointed, and will have to wait a tad longer. That's because id CEO Todd Hollenshead himself has confirmed that the game won't be coming out this year. This was what he said at the latest episode of GameTrailers TV. In fact, there was even a misunderstanding as to whether Todd said "will" or "won't". So, we still got no word on when Rage will be coming out, but project lead Tim Willits did claim that the consoles (PS3 and Xbox 360) versions, as well as the one for the PC, will most likely hit before 2011. Hopefully by then, it's all "fun and done". We'll be keeping you posted on updates for Rage, so keep it locked here. What do you know, we do have new screenshots, too. Dig in, dig in.
