The demand may be significantly less than the previous week, but the PSP continues to outsell all the other gaming platforms in Japan. Selling second best is still the Wii, steadily closing the gap, while it's the PS3 taking bronze at the week's finish line. |

With War Machine standing side-by-side with Tony Stark in Iron Man 2, that makes two armored-up heroes fighting for the good guys. But what about the bad guys? |

Australian gamers are overjoyed with the latest development in their crusade for an R18+ rating - the man who stood in their way is leaving his post. Here's one more thing for Vanille to be all happy about - she and her crew of l'Cie have not only made a killing in the UK, but in the US as well. That said, Final Fantasy XIII has become the fastest-selling title in its esteemed franchise. |

Square Enix might be a huge name in the major gaming platforms, but they're still not top brass when it comes to the iPhone and iPod Touch. When it comes to gaming, nothing tops the PS3 in weight. By weight, I don't mean the metaphorical equivalent of power, performance, or whatever. I mean actual weight, y'know, like how much it'll hurt if it fell on your toe. |

For the second week in a row, Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime dropped another line that put him on the spotlight. The target? The PlayStation Move...again. So what's wrong with the competition this time, Reggie?
Just a little update on GeoHot and his quest to conquer the PS3. The latest update shows a very promising development into manipulating the console where the esteemed iPhone hacker posts his new tweak to the PS3 theme.

For the third week in a row, the Comics Store will be updated with more vintage issues starring the superheroes before they were Hollywood icons. This week, the Sub-Mariner cameos as he joins the Evil Mutants, while twins Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch will also make an appearance. Remember who their dad is? Maybe a scroll through this batch will refresh your memory.
Compared to the usual sword-wielding powerhouse, there aren't a lot of iconic archers in gaming. Let's not forget about ol' Robin Hood though. He's getting an iPhone game and he'll be robbing the rich iPhone owners and give the proceeds to the poor developers. Bad blurb, I know, but you get it.
RPGs aren't exactly the Xbox 360's strong point, but thanks to an independent developer, the platform gets one more. Coming soon to Xbox Live Indie Games is Breath of Death VII: The Beginning.
Kazuma's skill set isn't limited to roughing people up in the streets, no sir. While that part is a hell lot of fun, the hero of the Yakuza series is also into creative outlets for his many talents. Among them, ping-pong and karaoke.
We haven't had much time with White Knight Chronicles yet, and here we are, staring at the sequel - well, at least for the Japanese. Famitsu's on top of it and Level 5 reveals that White Knight Chronicles: Awakening of Light and Darkness is ready and looking forward to a release in summer later this year.

Because the Xbox 360 sports a DVD drive, sizable games such as Final Fantasy XIII will require multiple discs, owing to the fact that DVDs don't have the storage capacity of a dual-layer Blu-ray disc. But if you ask Stephen McGill, Microsoft UK's director of Xbox and Entertainment, the lack of a Blu-ray drive is actually an advantage.
I'm not Japanese so there's no way I can fully understand the culture behind the Yakuza ink. I've read about it, talked about it, but I'll never get the same acculturation that a Japanese has unless I live there. I can, however, admire the tattoos with such fanboyistic enthusiasm. Fortunately, the European PlayStation Blog has a post on the ink of Yakuza 3.
This picture shows us what supposedly are the insides of a new Xbox 360. It's got the CPU and GPU in a single chip, it's got the much-needed fan, and more importantly, smaller.
For the longest time, left-handed PC gamers have been forced to adapt to the right-handed gaming world. With this new gaming mouse, they can happily switch back to their natural dexterity.
