With the World of Warcraft's Wrath of the Lich King gearing itself up for a release later this year, people in the community are getting more excited about all the new content that the new expansion will include.

WoW Europe forum poster Stuart expressed some of his concerns regarding the upcoming Death Knight class and its availability with the current number of character slots. He posted an open question towards the developers whether they would be creating an extra character slot to accommodate the new hero class or perhaps even creating a special slot for it since players will only get one Death Knight per account.

Blizzard Poster Vaneras went online soon after the initial post was made and explained their stand regarding the matter. He mentioned that Blizzard had no plans of adding a new character slot by the time the new expansion rolled in and that "you would have to either delete or transfer a character, if you wish to roll a Death Knight on a realm that already has 10 characters on it".
