If you're wondering why the World of Warcraft test realm forums are up, yet lacking an actual test realm to play on, Blizzard QA Hortus has an answer for you. It seems the test realm forums are up because an new patch is heading our way.

Hortus' announcement basically states that the 2.4.3 PTRs are on their way, with the forums going up a little earlier than the test patch. If you plan on joining the test realm forums, he says, you should delete your old WOWtest folder now so that no problems arise with the new install.

That being said, we'll do our best to give you the official patch notes for the 2.4.3 PTR release when they become available. Do note, however, that some preliminary patch notes have already been put up, but we're not posting them yet, just in case they come out with new information when the PTR goes live.
