World of Warcraft 2.2.2 Test Realm announced - Image 1On the official World of Warcraft forums, Blizzard QA Hortus has announced that they will be putting up the 2.2.2 PTR Realms soon. This update will include new holiday content for this October.

The events they intend to test include the ever so awesome Brewfest and Hallows-End. No word yet on what new additions Blizzard has put in, but you can bet that both will provide a wonderful time for WoW players. It was also announced that this new server will be supporting both cloned and pre-made characters, so everyone can join the fun.

The announcement was met with much cheering and fanfare from the WoW community. No word yet on when this comes out since the developers are still encountering a few (unnamed) technical difficulties. We'll be keeping a close watch on this, and bring you more updates as it happens.
