Infinite InteractiveRemember Warlords? It's the series that brought us to the fantasy worlds of Illuria and Etheria. It mixed turn based RPG with RTS elements. Later on it branched out into two separate series: turn based strategy, and the real time strategy.

Infinite Interactive, the makers of Warlords and Steven Fawkner's brainchild has made a big leap - to mobile that is. They have teamed up with Impossible Games, a mobile games dev.

Miklós Csémy, Product Manager at Impossible has this to say:

We are very happy to work with Infinite Interactive on bringing Warlords to mobile. It's true the series has always been exceptional and that is not going to change with the transition to mobile environment. As for the titles to come, some choices should be fairly obvious while others may be surprising. That's all I can say at the moment.

That doesn't tell us much but the Warlords franchise would be gracing smaller screens by the end of the year.
