As if we're not getting enough WrestleMania with annual releases of WWE Smackdown vs Raw, THQ and JAKKS Pacific intend to spread the excitement of the most brutal and flashy encounters on the ring. Spinning off from the long line of professional wrestling games is WWE Legends of WrestleMania for the Microsoft Xbox 360 and Sony PlayStation 3.

Before you go hit someone like you're on the grandest stage of them all, we'll have you know that WWE Legends of WrestleMania won't see its release until WrestleMania XXV on March 2009. Details are also scarce, but it would be surprising not to see Hulk Hogan, Superfly, and The Ultimate Warrior in there.

Furthermore, we can't help but believe WWE Legends of WrestleMania is going to be another series. The folks at THQ and JAKKS Pacific seem psyched, calling the upcoming title a step "to leverage the strength of the WWE brand" and "a new WWE videogame property to the fighting genre."
