What happened to Nate? Looks like he traded the jungles for the icy, cold mountains. We've got the announcement teaser here for the much-awaited sequel to Naughty Dog's game, Uncharted: Drake's Fortune game, Uncharted 2.

We've got to say this one looks intriguing, even reminiscent of the X-Files 2's frosty theme (though I hope this one's not gonna be as bland). Nate's trudging up the snowy landscape, and it certainly looks like he's gone to hell (which has frozen over, by the way) to retrieve another ancient artifact.

Meanwhile, GameInformer corroborates this storyline as they reveal their January issue for 2009 (check out front cover image inset), including a ten-page feature of world-exclusive details. Apparently, Nate follows Marco Polo's adventures around the globe this time, and sports an intriguing subtitle of "Among Thieves". We can't be too sure yet if that's really gonna be the full title, as in Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, but we'll be sure to keep you posted on more details on this as they come.
