Logo of PwnageTool jailbreaking application for iPhone - Image 1Don't look now, but the iphone-dev team recently announced the impending arrival of their latest version of PwnageTool, as well as the beta release of Nullriver's Installer.app 4.0. Both utilities should arrive sometime today and will provide some very useful improvements for those of you who own an iPhone or iPod touch.

The new build of PwnageTool sets the groundwork for proper compatibility with Installer 4.0. In addition to this, this release will also include an updated version of Cydia which includes bug fixes and a couple of new features.

We'll be sure to put out an update as soon as the release goes live, so hang on to your hats, folks. In the meantime, why not scan through our previous articles on both homebrew utilities and check out their new features.
