Bizarre Creations' new game, The Club, will be featuring eight
different kinds of multiplayer modes including the tried and tested
forms of play like deathmatches, and new ones that would definitely
have your adrenaline pumping to avoid the line of fire. Or to dish it
out.
Here are the eight different multiplayer modes:
- Kill Match - The classic deathmatch. Most kills at the end of the game wins.
- Score Match - Also a death match but winning will depend on the scores you get. Scores accumulate through use of combos. The scoring system is the same as the one in single player mode.
- Hunted Killer - There is the hunter and there is the hunted. You can only score while you are the hunted. That is, the longer you stay alive, the more points you get. Once you die, you become the hunter and can only gain points again when you become the hunted again.
- Team Kill Match - The team who score the highest from killing their opponents will win.
- Team Fox Hunt - Each team in this mode has one player that's tagged as the "fox." The fox can bring his health up to 400% but once he dies, the other team wins.
- Team Capture - Team to capture and hold the enemy's base for 30 seconds (or the most seconds before time runs out) wins.
- Team Siege - Teams are either attackers or defenders. Defenders only have one life whereas attackers respawn constantly. Teams will then swap roles after all the defenders are dead. The team who survives the longest wins.
- Team Skull Shot - Destroy all five of the enemy team's skull shot targets to win. But at the same time you'll have to defend your own skull shots.
The Club (PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3) is slated to be released on February 8.
