Out of hundreds of nominees, games service provider Terraplay has recently been nominated as a finalist for the Best Mobile Games Service Provider category at the upcoming Mobile Entertainment Awards which is slated for September 19 of this year.

The inaugural award-giving body is recognizing companies that have involved themselves with creating and providing entertainment content, mobile marketing services, on-device portal providers and more.

Terraplay was nominated thanks to its MOVE gaming platform and Global Gaming Network service which enables game publishers, network operators and service providers to deliver gaming services to large gaming communities on a global scale. Mobile game titles that have been released by Terraplay include Armageddon Squadron, 3D Superball, Battle Chess 2.5D, Lock n' Load and Lock n' Load 2, and Blockbuster to name a few.

The said company and other finalists will be assesed by a 300-man panel which consists of members who specialize in various aspects of the industry.
