StarCraft II - Image 1

Sorry, guys. But you're all gonna have to wait till 2010 before you can get your hands on the beta for StarCraft II. Chris Sagaty of Blizzard has confirmed that the highly-anticipated demo originally promised for late this year has been delayed.

The announcement was made by Sagaty at a presentation in the IgroMir games Expo in Russia. Further updates from Blizzard revealed that the first chapter of StarCraft II, Winds of Liberty, will be coming in the second quarter of next year, sometime between April and June.

The beta will also introduce the new Battle.net. We'll keep you all updated on this.
