spacestation simIf you consider yourself a real space exploration buff, or know someone who is, you wouldn't want to miss out on a PC game called SpaceStationSim. The game is actually developed independently by Vision Videogames and will soon be available in the U.S. for US$ 19.99.

We guessed the highlight of this title is pure action. It's backed by NASA, giving you lots of modules and stylized components to tinker with. It lets you live in an out of this world environment: customizing crew members, facing crucial missions, and managing your space activities. As the main character, you get to play as International Space Station Chief Administrator of NASA.

A demo of the earlier version of this game can be found at Vision Videogames site. The new version comes packed with nice features and the rating says it's actually family-friendly. Does this mean the bad guy spacecraft will be painted with pastel colors and shoot flower power weapons?
