this is what i hate about american small business. This company has a PATENT not an actual product, they have a patent that shows they "own" the technology but they dont need a device to prove it. They try to find other companies that infringe on it and then htey go sue sue sue. Most of these companies are not even known thus making big companies real targets since they make a lot of products and chances are they will use a general technology like this.

If you are in that situation why buy a 360? Most of the great games on the 360 are coming out with a PC counterpart, while almost none of the PS3 titles have a PC counterpart.
