Street Fighter IV Battle Pits Capcom Against Microsoft Against Sony - Image 1Epic console war to the nth power! Well, epic console war plus Capcom. At next year's CES, Capcom, Microsoft, and Sony will be duking it out in a Street Fighter IV (PS3, 360) tournament. Epic way to start the New Year.

Each publisher will have its own community leader that will lead a group of 20. The Microsoft group will be led by Larry "Major Nelson" Hyrb, Sony by Jeff Rubenstein, and Capcom by Seth Killian.

Each group will be formed by contestants - which means you, me, and Dupree and will get a shot at representing our console of choice. Great way to sweat out your fanboy killer instincts. Details on how to enter will come later, and we'll keep you informed. In case you're wondering, CES will take place in Las Vegas on January 8 to 11.

 » i would assume

that they will be playing on the arcade version made by capcom. However it owuld be cool if they somehow made a network where they could play cross platform, would hate to use the xbox D-PAD. Played mortal kombat recently on my friends xbox and everytime i pressed back my character would jump, was really fustrating.
